Aloha Homes is excited to present our new money saving way of doing business.

In this new economy everyone wants to save where ever they can. In order to facilitate that mission and help to get you into an exciting new - custom - energy efficient - modular home we have created the following new program.

You either act as your own General Contractor or you secure your own and we coordinate with them.

In either case Aloha Homes will sell you your new SUN Building Systems or Guildcrest Home for our cost plus 8%. You’ll get to see our actual invoice from the manufacturer.

• Tom and Cynthia will sit down with you and help you thru the design, specification and option choosing process.
• We will give suggestions on energy saving heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
• We will work with you to clearly define all the things you’ll need to accomplish to act as your own General Contractor or will work with the GC of your choice.
• We’ll be there thru your foundation building process to be sure it’s exactly set up right to receive the home modules on “SET DAY”.
• We’ll coordinate with your excavator or GC to be sure the site is properly prepared to receive the crane and the modules. • We’ll be there for the setting of the home on the foundation.
• The set crew will complete the roof systems to make your new home rain proof.
• We’ll show you or your GC what needs to be accomplished to properly complete the energy envelope sealing.
• Finally we’ll give you a general list of everything else that needs to be done to bring your new home to final completion.
